Transformation is a broad subject to cover. It is a concept that materializes in all capacities. One thing we know is it is inevitable.
In order for one thing to become another, we must assume that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction that occurs. Hot, cold. Big, small. Night, day. The pendulum must swing as we spiral our way through evolution. Here we are connecting the Micro to the Macro so we can quickly grasp how things are intrinsically linked to make more informed decisions.
Decision making is a topic worthy of its own Guidebook; for this Guide, know that your decisions are limited and dictated by your behavioral history. Don't be surprised if in your transformation journey, things get more challenging before you recognize improvement. There may be a shock factor, and there will likely be learning curves. When transforming, there is usually a piece extinguished from the puzzle. This generates a burst of energy interpreted as novel behavior. Release control - nothing is what it seems to be.
Be gentle. Humans are creatures of habit, so we scratch and claw for routine and predictability. People get in the same monotonous cycles with this insane notion that doing the same thing over and over again will get them different results. Even the most eccentric and adaptable of us find discomfort in knowing that our greatest gifts can be taken from us at any time, upending a life we have carefully curated for ourselves. Variety is the spice of life, and too much of anything is never good.
Our nervous system and regular old biology are the means in which we achieve a result. We want to confound life with mysticism, illusion and magical thinking, but it's not necessary for change to occur. There may be tools inherent in each subject to aid your transformation process, but they are ultimately not the solution to your problems. They can make things worse if not used with discernment as they may lead to dependency or confusion.
The title implies that our greatest weaknesses also become our strengths. When we recognize life in general is beyond our control, we can accept whatever circumstances inform our decisions to make and strive for goals. The struggle is real, and it challenges us to improve and thrive. What is important here is to not judge strengths and weaknesses as either good or bad; instead, find the balance between your strength and weaknesses in relationship to the world around you.
